BY, Virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me di-   rected in the above Cause, I will Put up for   Sale by Public Auction, on Saturday next, the 9th Inst. at 12 o'Clock, on the Premifes,--That very desirable Water Mill and Residence, situate in Liverpool-street, on the Bank of the Town Rivu- let, subject to a Mortgage of £700 and Interest to the Day of Payment. These Premises contain the Mill before mentioned, with every convenient Apparatus for carrying on the Business ; likewise a commodious Dwelling House, consisting of four good Rooms, a Kitchen, and Loft above ; together with Out-houses, Garden, &c. the Property of the Defendant, unless the Execution thereon be pre- viously superseded.
