kin.

Claims have already been made by persous who alíese Hint they are first cousins of the tote Miss Huali, and, as the claims received appear to oe vii lid, it is improbable that any persons of. more distant relationship than first cousins will be en- titled to filiare in Mies Bush's Estate.

1. The children of Peter Courtenay Clarke, who formerly lived at Devonport, Devonshire, England, and was married at Devonport in 1821.

2. The children or grandchildren of Peter Clarke, who was born in 1707 and died in 1853 nt Newton Abbot, Devonshire. '

4. The brothers and sisters of Dr. John Tench Bush,'SU)., who tit one time practised as a su geon and redded at Bridgetown, Totnes, Devo

shire, and died in Bernice, Britibh Guiana, about the year 1S4Û, and the children of such brothers and i-isters.

5. Mrs. Anna Nixon, the wife of Mr. Nixon, an underwriter at Lloyds. It is believed that Mrs, Aima Nixon was a daughter of a brother or sister

of Dr.. John Tench Bibil.
