JOHNSON-BREEN. - [Silver Wedding.]-On the    

13th December 1890, at Helmsdale, Chapel street,   St. Kilda, the residence of the Rev. J. T. Evans,         Thomas Johnson, second eldest son of the late E. and F. Johnson, draper, New Zealand, to   Sabina Breen, second eldest daughter of P. and   E. Breen, Castlemaine. Present address, 63 Glen- huntly road, Elsternwick.

SPRIGGINS. -A tribute of love to the memory of   our dear young friend, Sapper H. E. Spriggins

(Edgar), who died of illness at Alexandria on   21st November, 1915 (Inserted by Mrs. Morton, Effie, and Nell.)   DEATHS.  

BARTON, Wm. A. (Robet. Hall).-On the 11th

December, at Healesville (suddenly), Wm. A.   Barton, of 231 Flinders lane, dearly beloved hus- band of Florrie Barton; father of Jean, brother of Mrs. Motherwell, Mrs. Bromley, Charles,   Ernest, and Doris, aged 32 years.    

BENNETT.- On the 12th December, at 43 Coventry  

street, South Melbourne, Carrilong, beloved wife  

of William Bennett, of Melbourne Harbour Trust; mother of Mrs Armytage, Kangaroo road, Oakleigh; Mrs Barry, Faussett street, Albert   Park, aged 58.

BRUTON.- On the 11th December, Kenneth Syd-  

ney (Peache), the dearly beloved second son of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Bruton, of Essex road, Surrey Hills also grandson of J. E. Bruton, of Douglas,   Isle of Man, and of Mrs. J. J. Smith, of Beau- chief Abbey, Sheffield, Eng., aged 7 years.

CANE. - On the 7th December at Melbourne Hospital,

Jane, loving wife of Frederick, and loving     mother of Fred (on active service), and Harold   A colonist of 60 years.

CHISHOLM - On the 12th December, at Nurse

Webb's private hospital, Ballarat, John Miller, the dearly beloved son of Mr and Mrs John  

Chilsholm; and brother of Morris, aged 33 years.   Funeral private. No flowers.  

COLLINS. - On the 12th December, Julia Margaret, beloved wife of Frank P. Collins, "Kalmar,"   Wyuna road, Caulfield.

CODNER. - On the 12th December, at St Vincent's

Hospital, Melbourne, Emily Alice, the     dearly beloved daughter of William and Emily     Codner, of 18 Malmsbury street, Kew, and loving sister of Doris, Arthur, Oliver, and Olive, aged 32 years 8 months; late of H. M. Customs.

residence, Bairnsdale, Alexander Henry, only son of Hannah Mary and the late Andrew McClymont Dale, aged 28 years and 8 months.  

DONALD. - On the 10th December, at Cloncurry,

Queensland, Robert Vallance, beloved eldest son       of Robert W. and Hannah I. Donald, 55 Bunbury street, Newport, aged 23 years and nine months.

HARBER. - On the 10th December, at his residence,

"Cintra," Chapel street, St Kilda, Horace, the loved third son of Thomas and Mary Hannah  

Harber.

Chapel street, East St Kilda, Horace, the dearly beloved husband of Grace Millicent Harber. (Privately   interred, 12th inst.)    

INGLIS. - On the 12th December, at his residence,

"Walkervill," Goodwood street, Richmond, Herbert   Scott Inglis, J.P., the dearly loved father     of Mrs r. Kennedy; and beloved grandfather of Mrs O. Miller, David, Helen, Bella, Robert, Kitty, Scott and Alister Kennedy, aged 82   years. No flowers, by request.  

KENNEDY. - On the 12th December, 1915, at Malvern,

Mary Bozzom, widow of the late R.H. Kennedy,     "Wounanonta, New South Wales, aged 77   years. (No flowers.)  

LENANE-DONNE. - On the 7th December, 1915,

at her parents' residence, Domain road, South Yarra, Alice Ada, dearly belovel third eldest daughter of Albert and Ellen Donne, and loved sister of Emma, Maud, Albert, Mrs R.F. Taylor- Ghee, Victoria, also the late Nellie and Willie.

Deeply regretted. R.I.P. (Interred privately.)       McLENNAN. - In the 10th December (suddenly),  

Charles Henry ("Mallee Bird"), dearly beloved     husband of Annie McLennan (Horsham), and       beloved father of Eugene McLennan (Brunswick),     aged 60 years.

MILLS. - On the 10th December, passed peacefully away at her residence, "Leneva," 130 Victoria       road, Upper Hawthorn, Elizabeth, widow of the     late William Mills, late of Sale. (Privately interred on December 11.)    

MORELAND (James Harvey, actor-mimic). - On

the 11th December, at Meloburne, James, the dearly beloved son of Maria Metcalfe and the late   Joseph Moreland, and darling brother of Mrs       J.J. Wiggins, 8? Acland street, St Kilda, aged    

45 years.

MUSTY. - On the 11th December, 1915, suddenly, at

his residence, Netherby, Dunsford street, Lancefield, Charles Musty, sen., aged 82; a colonist of 68 years.  

 

NEALY. - On the 12th December, at her residence,

54 Greeves street, Fitzroy, Jeanie, the dearly   beloved wife of Matthew Nealy, loving mother of Doris, aged 37 years.

NEWBURY. - On the 12th December (suddenly) at

her residence, 49 Ormond road, Moonee Ponds, Nellie Rae, devoted wife of Rev. A.C. Newbury,   and loving daughter of Andrew Hume, 163 Swanston street, South Geelong.    

PATTINSON. - On the 9th December, at "Yealbia,"  

Melville street, Albany, W.A., Myra, dearly beloved   wife of W.B. Pattinson and loving sister-in-law     of Aggie, Annie, Perth; Robert, Vance,   Ray, and Claude, aged 33 years.

Sadly missed.  

ROBERTSON. - On the 11th December, at her

residence, Waterloo Cup Hotel, Maribyrnong road,     Moonee Ponds, Amelia, dearly beloved wife of   the late James Vernon Robertson, and beloved mother of Robert and Alfred, aged 44 years.    

SCHWENCKE. - On the 8th December at Geelong, Mary Ann, beloved wife of Willam Schwencke, of Cressy, beloved mother of John, Mary, Kate, Sadie, James, Vincent, Alyna, Margaret, and   Robert, second daughter of Mary and the late George Suchinovich, of Avenel, aged 45 years. R.I.P.

SOLOMON. - On the 10th December, at Kensington,

Sydney, Brae, the dearly beloved only son of Mr ard Mrs Sam Solomon, and grandson of Mrs J. Smith, "Homeleigh," Alma road, St. Kilda, aged one year and three months.  

TRUMP. - On the 11th December, 1915, Elizabeth,

widow of the late Henry Trump, of Collins street, and dearly beloved friend and faithful companion  

of William Lovering, aged 71 years. Friends       kindly received this intimation - Interred privately Melbourne Cemetery. (W.A. papers please copy.)
