LL that beautiful Plot of BUILDING

GROUND, formerly the property of Mr. O'CosNiLL, of Pitt-street, called Straw- berry Hill, extending from the Lawn of Cleveland House, up the Hill, to Mr. Ca- ven agu's Cottage, by a new Street marked out and fenced, to be called Devonshire-place. This Estale is unequalled for building pur- poses, being at the end of Elizabefh-street, and within .5 minutes walk'of St. James's Chui ch^nd the Court'House ; and for Villas and genteel Cottages, is one of the most

enviable situations "near Town.

Strawberry Hill offers the most command- ing, and superb views of the harbour and shippiug, the spacious estuary of George's and Cook's River, the Blue Mountains, North Shore, and Parramatta River ; and will form one of the most elegant and salubrious retirements out of the dust and heat of George-street. Several of 'the Allotments are already in requisition by private sale, but the Auctioneer is determined to submit the avilóle of them to public competition on the Evening of Sale. The Estate has '2 ! fronts of 1000 and 1400 feet respectively, is

all fenced in, and has been carefully surveyed and kid out with a view of combining every possible-advantage to tlie Purchasers. Each lot is large enough for 2 or 3 cottages in front, with pleasure grounds and shrubberies behind, and 2 private roads are reserved for the exclusive use of the Purchaseis. There is excellent brick"earth and, water on the ground,at all seasons, and there can be little doubt that this part of the Town will soon be the most 'highly embellished of any part of Sydney.

A long Credit will be given.
