Sheep Farm to be let, with Four

Thousand Ewes.

TH E Van Diemen's Land Company öfter their

SHEEP STATION at Woolnorth, with the above number of EWES, for RENTAL, during any period not exceeding Seven Years from the 1st of January, 1840.

The property is situated at the north-western extre- mity of Van Diemen's Land, and commands the advan- tage of Pasturage along an extensive tract of coast.

Two hundred acres of land are in cultivation, about one hundred and thirty of which are in English grasses, and the whole subdivided into convenient enclosures.

The buildings consist of a dwelling-house, suitable for the accommodation of a small family, with overseer's cottage, barn, stable, woolshed, storehouse, blacksmith's shop, and servants' offices.

The sheep are all young and of the first description, chiefly Saxon and Merinos. The lambing season com- mences next month, and the tenant will have the benefit of this year's increase.

The working cattle, farming implements, and growing crops may be taken at a valuation.

Tenders, to be addressed to Messrs. Henty and Co., of Launceston, are invited from those persons who may be desirous of taking the property, stating the. annual rent they would be disposed to give for the land . and sheep, with the nature of the security that could be offered for its payment, and likewise for the value of the stock.
