_ As the Eailway Commissioners new regula- tions require cash on delivery ior railage, etc., on all goods at Kalgoorlie, we will undertake to pay Eailway Commissioners' charges on all goods consigned to our care for the considera- tion of 5 per cent, on cash paid, s;tid considera- tion of 5 per cent, to iuclude cost of receiving through goods at Fremantle and Perth, clearing and despatching same from Kalgoorlie to stations on Menzies line, thus savin» consignees the inconvenience, delay, and expense of trans- ferring goods at Kalgoorlie consequent on said goods having to be transferred to us at Kal- goorlie. Total charges to be paid to us at. destination on Kalgoorlie to Menzies line, TÍZ. Railway Commissioners' charges, with 5 per cent, added for services above-mentioned, in addition to our charge of £2 2s. Gd. per ton from Kalgoorlie to Menzies, or proportionate part of same according to distance goods are carried by our train.

In cases where it is necessary to cart consign- ments of goods from tiailway Commissioners' goods shed to our goods platform, cost of said cartage will be added. Cartage may be avoided by handing over consignments of goods to our representatives at Fremantle and Perth to be loaded in through trucks.
