stores.
There aro several other buildings on the wharf, including wharfinger's residence, 3 stone stores, and 1 iron-built store, large sheds, ifec. Fronting the water, and extending nearly the whole length of tho wharf, is a substantially-built store, of iron, with a wido verandah reaching to the water's edge, which building ia now occupied by MessrB, Flood &, Co. aa a wool-pressing csUb lishment, but which is reserved out of this sale, as the Colonial Sugar Company, who erected it during their tenancy, have the right of removal should tho negotiations for its purchase with the incoming proprietor fail to prove successful, but at the same time the vendors (being trustees, without power to purchase) are willing to .assign over to the purchaser of the wharf the right to become purchasers from the Colonial Sugar Com- pany for the sum of £550 of the said store, and nil gas and water fittings left by them on the premises for a like som, to bo paid in cash cm or before possession of the said wharf being given,
Adjoining the wharf premisea is an ALLOT- MENT of LAND having a frontage to DOWN SHIRE-STREET of 36ft., by a depth of about 4Sft., extending to the back wall of the stone stores on tho eastern end of the wharf property. This allotment, which is of great value to the wharf, will bo included in the sale of it, as with it may be constructed a second entrance to the property on a level but little below that of Lower Fort-street, and thereby make the wharf almost independent of its entrance from Pottinger street, besides greatly adding to the facility of
economically working it.
This grand property, the pride of the late Mr. P. Farrelly, is now brought into the market in terms of that gentleman's will for realisation to the highest bidder in consequence of all parties interested under the will having reached their respective majorities, mid capitalists need hardly be reminded that «lieh an opportunity for acquir- ing so LARGE AN AR.KA of DEEP WATER FRONTAGE to D MÎLING HARBOUR, with EASY ACCESS to FORT-STREET, ia not likely to OCCUR AGAIN, und Bhould not be over looked in the-c tini<"\ ''bon every FOOT of ACCESS to the HARBOUR, extending from Pyrmont to Circular Quay, Í3 da:iy becoming
more valuable,
