THE PADDOCK formerly occupied by Mr.
Campbell of South Brisbane, has been rented by John Conolly from the first day of May, 1854. Any person or persons having horses in the said Paddock is requested to come on terms with the said John Conolly ; all horses not looked after this date, will be charged one shilling per night per head. Rate of charges-for every single horse, 2s. 6d. per week ; above one, 2s. per week ; 1s. per night per head. Payment to be made before the removal of any horse or horses, if not previously arranged otherwise. The only entrance into the Paddock is through the slip-pannel at the old shed. Any person or persons found pulling down the fence will be Prosecuted. Persons putting in or
taking out horses, are requested to leare word at the house in the paddock. Plenty of good feed and water. The said John Conolly will take all possible care of Property intrusted to him, but will not hold himself responsible for any accidents or losses.
