At his residence, Charlotte-street, on the 7th. Nov., John Rains, aged 45 years.
While on a visit to his brother on Sunday, the 18th Nov., from disease of the heart, at the sta- tion of Messrs D. M. and G. H. Jones, of Boonera, James Mehan, youngest son of the late Patrick Mehan,of Londonderry, Ireland, age 29 years.
On Thursday, 22nd November, at 12 minutes past 4 pm, at Devonshire Cottage, Brisbane, David M. Bridges, aged 48 years, late Captain of the immigrant ship, "Montmoreney".
On the 2nd Dec, at Kangaroo Point, Anna, daughter of Mr Alfred Slaughter, sen., aged l8

On the 5th Dec, at his residence, Warwick, Mr. Markus Birkman, deeply regretted by all who knew him, aged 45 years.
