COUNTRY PROPERTY SOLD.

Messers. A. W. Hill and Crofts of Blayney. New South Wales, report having beld a successful auc- tion sale of the Ettlesdail Station, Caloola, on July 21. The sale was held in the town hall, Blayney, and there was a large attendance. The properly waa purchased bv Mr. Donald Larnach, of Bathurst, who secured 2,308 acres at £7/15/ an acre. The smaller block of 149 acres was pur- chased by Mr. Simmons, of Caloola, at £4/10/ an acre. The same agents also sold at auction on

the same day a farm at Barry of 132 acres, free- hold, to Mr A. J. Kable, at £8 an acre, on account of Mr. W. J. McPhillamy.
