others to who the Execu- tion of these Premises doth
or shall belong.

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland KING. WE Command you and every of you to cause JAMES HUGHES, belonging to this Territory, to be Demanded throughout the same, until by Law and
Custom of Our Kingdom and its Dependen-
cies he be OUTLAWED if he shall not
appear in Three Weeks next following the Date hereof; and if he shall appear that you or some of you take him into custody and cause him to be safely kept, so that you may have his Body before His Majesty's Justices assigned to keep the Peace, and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Tres-
passes, and Misdemeanors in Our said Ter- ritory committed, at the Criminal Court by Royal Letters Patent here established, to be holden next after the return hereof, to an- swer unto Us of divers Felonies, Trespasses,
Contempts and Offices of which the said JAMES HUGHES stands charged. Witness

NOTICE is hereby given that if any Settler 0r other person whatever shall harbour or not
deliver JAMES HUGHES up to the nearest
Magistrate, he or they so offending shall on Conviction before Two Magistrates forfeit
the Sum of
FIFTY POUNDS STERLING
To be levied by distress on their property.
No Excuse will be admitted of such settler
or other person not knowing the said JAMES HUGHES, as every person has been repeatedly forbid Employing any Convict or other Per- son without being satisfied by their Pass or Certificate what Permission they have to soli-
cit employment; and any Person Prosecuting to Conviction any person or Persons so har-
bouring the said James Huges shall be enti- tled to the above Forfeiture on Recovery.
