WANTED        

A Person capable of taking the Command of the Endeavour Schooner, now in   Bass's Straits, expected at Sydney in the course     of a Fortnight.

Immediate application would be peculiarly consequential, the Vessel being intended to sail

again shortly after she arrives.

NOTICE    

WHEREAS John Beirstead (a Dutchman)

who was advertised some time ago, late a Servant oí mine, has not yet been apprehend-

ed, and has frequently been seen at and about the Farms near Sydney, where he continues to com-     mit acts of depredation : This is to require, that any Person who may accidentally fall in with him may apprehend and lodge in Gaol the   said John Beirstead, or give him into the custody   of a Peace Officer. And should any Person se-   crete, employ, or encourage him after this Notice, they will be prosecuted with the utmost severity.

published in this Paper, forbidding any    

Person or Pesons whatever from CUTTING   TIMBER, or in any wise Trespassing on the   Parsonage Grounds d.mi..d and Let by the Rdv.

The said grounds situate, lying, and being im-     rtieti e v contiguous to the Blackwattle Swamp, on the North side of the Road leading to Parra-   matta, bounded by Mr. Mann's Farm on the  

..th .id. : Notwithstanding which, Quantities   of Timber still continue to be cut down and car-

ried away, without any previous permission from

either of the said Lessees. This is therefore to   give Notice, that should any Person or Persons    

be hereafter detected in so trespassing as aforesaid       he or they will be prosecuted with every possibile severity, and the wood or timber seized.        

NOTICE James John Grant intending shortly to

leave the Colony, begs leave to request  

that ..... to whom he may stand indebted will furnish him with an Account of their Claims that measures may be adopted for the discharge of such as are equitable ; and such as are indebted to him to Liquidated their Debts with all convenient  

speed.

The House is elegibly     situated in Chapel Row, fit for the reception of a Genteel Family, and highly calculated for Trade ; There is a Lease attached to the Premises of   which thirteen years are unexpired ; and for the     Purchase money of which Twelve Months Credit   will be given on approved Security. The sale of       such other Effects indended for public vendue  

will be advertised in a future Gazette.
