WHEREAS John Beirstead (a Dutchman)
who was advertised some time ago, late a Servant oí mine, has not yet been apprehend-
ed, and has frequently been seen at and about the Farms near Sydney, where he continues to com- mit acts of depredation : This is to require, that any Person who may accidentally fall in with him may apprehend and lodge in Gaol the said John Beirstead, or give him into the custody of a Peace Officer. And should any Person se- crete, employ, or encourage him after this Notice, they will be prosecuted with the utmost severity.

ried away, without any previous permission from
either of the said Lessees. This is therefore to give Notice, that should any Person or Persons
be hereafter detected in so trespassing as aforesaid he or they will be prosecuted with every possibile severity, and the wood or timber seized.
