R.     Anderson, barrister and solicitor, late of Dunedin,   N.Z., son of the late Sir George William Anderson,     K.C.B., formerly Govoinor of the Mauritius and Ceylon, and Lady Jane Anderson, of 88 West- bourne terrace, Hvde park, London, brother of Sir Henry Lacon Anderson, and beloved husband of Florence L Anderson, in his 49th year.
