The M'Ivor diggings now being deserted,
and thous-mls have returned to the Bendigo,

ters. With the exception of the diggings on
Campbell's Creek, this locality is very dull,

of the holdings of the Court of Quarter Ses-
sions and Criminal Court, the former being on

In defiance of all that has transpired here for
the last week or two, in reference to pulling
down the tents of sly-grog-sellers on bare sus-
picion, Mr. Christian has thought proper to fly
in the of the community by a repetition
of the same, although, on examination, the case
