F. Meurant, situate at the Hawkesbury, such Pro-
posals being acceded to, and Possesion as Tenant
given to the said Metcalf until the term specified
in the Conditions should expire, or the full and
entire sum paid ; in default whereof, the Farm
and Premises were to revert to T. Meurant, the
Proprietor, and the surn already paid considered
as a satisfaction for the Rent.
